There is so much information available to people regarding fitness and nutrition. The problem is that it can be overwhelming and confusing. My main mission is to help people understand that becoming a better, healthier version of themselves is simple. It does take work, but it's not impossible.

Powerlifting is my preference for my personal workouts.
I currently hold the Mississippi USPA Deadlift record in the 40-44 242lb class.
